This song is another wonderful collaboration with LoFi producer Kevo Forever (@daysbe4kevo). In the lyrics I describe the many changes I've experienced in my life over the last few months. The longer I walk this path, the closer I get to myself and that's why the light-footed LoFi beat fits perfectly.

Finding Hope - A trip into the neoclassical
Elisa, the excellent pianist I met on Instagram (@taku.amrik), and I thought it would be nice to do a song together. I chose the wonderful composition FINDING HOPE by Athana Siva (@aspianogram) from the many songs Elisa plays. I wrote the lyrics and the vocal melody, and it was great fun to record this song. This song reminds me of when I used to sing musicals. In our world we can never have enough hope, which is why I found Athana's title so fitting. Many thanks to both of you!

IS THIS YOUR LIFE
I wrote this song because the topic is on my mind. I often have the feeling that I mainly react to what comes from the outside. Life always follows the same pattern. It feels like the autopilot has taken over instead of me taking the wheel and consciously living the life I want.
People'd Rather Run Than Learn
Inspired by the images of the war in Ukraine, this anti-war song was created. We know from history that war only leads to losers, on all sides. But still, we learn nothing and produce weapons that lead to death and destruction.
